Tristan is long-haired and bushy-tailed, with crazy ear tufts and the best personality EVER! His personality is really that of a Therapy Cat: he doesn't know a stranger! He can be held every-which-way and LOVES it; he loves his tummy rubbed, and being carried around; he remains motionless in your arms as long as you pet him. He was the "big 'un" of the litter, and at age 7 months, still has a lot of growing to do. He's beginning to get adult teeth, and likes to find rubbery things to crunch on. He is very gregarious and affectionate.

 

As if that kind of love isn't enough of a draw, he gets along GREAT with other cats, and has become the unofficial patriarch of the "pride" of fosters at his current residence. He particularly loves his brother Sebastian, who is more cautious but just as sweet and gentle. Tristan acts as everybody's big brother/surrogate parent; he actually makes the rounds during grooming sessions, to lick everyone's eyes and ears and yes, even the nether regions! With this kind of tenderness, he has become the ALL-TIME FAVORITE of this year's foster cats.

 

Because Tristan and Sebastian are so bonded, we feel it is in their best interest to stay together. They are being fostered in southern Ohio (near Huntington, WV) and can be transported across state lines by our volunteers.
