If you are looking for a talkative and playful cat who is also a love bug, Salem is your guy! Salem is a 7-month-old Purebred Black Smoke Maine Coon. Salem is a wonderful cat all around! He is so playful! When he gets the zoomies and starts playing, look out! Nothing can slow him down. Salem is a total love bug! He will seek us out for cuddles after playtime. While he is a love bug, he does want attention on his terms.

Salem does fine with other cats, but he can play a little rough due to his size. Salem has not been dog tested. However, with a proper introduction, he would probably do fine with smaller dogs. Salem would do best in a home with older and considerate children.

Salem is on a special diet due to gastrointestinal issues. He is on Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Kitten Gastrointestinal Dry Cat Food. It is VERY important that Salem stays on this diet. If he gets any other food, he will have digestive issues.

Due to Salem’s issues, it is best he be adopted to a home that has Maine Coon experience.

Salem's adoption fee is $375.00. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Salem is available for adoption within 250 miles of Red House, WV. If the adopter does not meet halfway, there will be an $85.00 transport fee.
