THE FOLLOWING CAT IS BEING CARED FOR IN A LOVING MCR FOSTER HOME. Meet Hamlet. This handsome boy is looking for a quiet forever home. He has come so far since coming to his foster home. It took 2 weeks, lots of patience, treats, and time spent on the floor talking and coaxing him to get him out from under the bed. It has been 3 months now and a lot of baby steps, but he is finally spending most of his time out of hiding and is learning people aren't as scary as he thought. He is still very shy and timid and will bolt to hide from strangers and unfamiliar noises, but he is getting braver as time goes by. Hamlet gets along well with other cats and kittens and is a gentleman in the litter box. He loves sitting by the sliders and watching the outside activity. He is a BIG talker and will sit and carry on a conversation for as long as you will talk to him. Often between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m., he will do a "house security check", wandering around the house with loud meowing til he is sure everything is fine. Then back to bed, he goes. Hamlet is a big beautiful sweetheart who will do best in a quiet home without children.
