Maine Coon Rescue
THE FOLLOWING CATS ARE BEING CARED FOR IN A LOVING MCR FOSTER HOME.
BIO: BASEL Sir Basel is growing from an adorable fluffy kitten into a very handsome young cat. He is developing a beautiful, almost golden-colored mane, and fluffy, long-haired tail. If paw size is an accurate predictor of size at fully grown, Basel will be a big, beautiful boy! He, like litter mates Bud, Rosie, and Ivy, is true to his Maine Coon heritage, with a friendly, interactive personality. He loves to cuddle with his siblings and his humans, and will allow himself to be picked up and cuddled like a baby. Basel also loves to eat! Preferred foods include Maine Coon Kitten dry, Friskies canned (usually a seafood blend), and Wholesome chicken. He will also help himself to people food when the opportunity presents itself, and enjoys a little cooked chicken, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, and yogurt. Basel is quite brave and not at all intimidated by our dog, a family member's visiting Maltese, our other cats, small children, vacuum cleaners, etc. He is our eight-year-old grandsons companion of choice during reading time and usually settles comfortably alongside him in the chair. Basel will be happiest being adopted with one of his siblings; I recommend either Rosie or Ivy.
