Maine Coon Rescue can not guarantee the parentage or breed of cats on this site.   THE FOLLOWING CATS ARE BEING CARED FOR IN A LOVING MCR FOSTER HOME.

Closer applicants (within 4 hours) are preferred. Foster is willing to travel 2 hours. 

Smokey Joe  is a very handsome boy who lost his mom due to her recent passing. His former mom's friend took them in and asked Maine Coon Rescue to help find them great homes.  He was extremely friendly to his fosters from the very beginning, and after 2 weeks of having his own room with Precious (his brother), he integrated easily into the household of 3 other cats and an older dog.  He loves attention! He loves to be pet and played with. He loves long hugs!! I do notice that he wants to be the alpha cat. He is a very young 3 year old healthy boy and is up to date on all vaccines. He would do fine as the only cat since he only cares about his human!
