Shaggy is a 2 yr old orange tabby Maine coon mix boy.   He is a former feral who WAS aggressive.  Now,   he is now loving & seeking company. Will need a person who understands his history and can take him the rest of the way.   He still has reflex fear if a person moves too fast or erratically, from being actually kicked & hit in his previous life.

Right Now Shaggy is a Cat who instantly runs toward me to Dive in for loving & petting. He stretches out purring. He has issues when that stops, it seems that being left or abandoned is still an issue with him. He does lightly nip but has stopped growling & I have gone weeks w/out any aggression issues. I can pick him up and move him & rub his belly, and whole body. This Is Very Big.

He is a Large Maine Coon mix, with all the attributes of that cat & issues of having been abused and gone feral. I cannot keep him with my other cats as they have already been aggressive. He needs one adult or a couple who can handle his size and
have empathy with his history to bring him the rest of the way to
optimal mental health. I think he is ready for this as he is now
actively seeking attention and company. I am not 'giving' him to just
anyone. I love him. I want him to be someones special guard cat,
mouser, friend & pillow for life.
