Luke (aka Luke Skywalker) is a friendly and energetic white 1 year old boy. 

Hi! I am a young neutered male cat at about a year and a half. Several kind humans who were helping me called me either Luke or Sky. They all saved me from starvation, parasites, injury, infection and cruelty on the streets of Cairo, Egypt. My new Foster Mommy calls me Luke Skywalker to help me to not be so confused. Now I know that she is definitely talking to me. I am a very special rare exotic breed, Khao Manee, with super soft dense white fur and, so I'm told, gorgeous big blue eyes. I am mostly white, though I have a very faint buff orange line down the top of my tail and a tiny one on the back of my head. I have the cutest little kitten meow, though I do know how to turn up the volume. I can be a bit chatty, though in the cutest way. I like humans. I have learned that they mean food and lots of other good things. They say that I am very friendly and lovable. I like to follow them around so I don't miss out on something good. I love praise and affection, so I am quite eager to please. I'm also playful, curious and very energetic. Therefore, I am looking for a furever home where I can run around freely and have fun humans to play with. I think older kids would be fun playmates. A cat tower, scratchers, cat running wheel, puzzle toys, snuffle mats, interactive toys and other play things I can expend my energy on would be awesome. And a catio would just be the purrfect touch. I have never had a home of my own, so I'm not really sure what all to wish for. But I sure am ready to find out! I am a clean cat and use the litterbox exclusively, even with natural pelleted litter. I'm okay with other pets with proper slow introductions and like to play with other young cats. My Foster Mommy has been teaching me all about how to be a polite house cat and that I'm not supposed to eat all the food that's "not mine". She is helping me to trust that I will always receive enough food. Sometimes I'm still not quite convinced due to the fact that I have had to go hungry so often in the past. But then, sure enough, she feeds me more right on schedule. The hoomans keep other food and even trash tucked away so that I don't "steal" it. I sure hope someone will fall in love with me and be willing to keep working with me. I really am a good boy. Perhaps someday soon I may feel more secure about my next meal. My Foster Mommy says that I am learning really well, have come a long way and that I really am a wonderful, fun and affectionate cat! I have been fully vetted including neutered, microchipped, dewormed, Revolution and vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP. I tested FIV/FelV negative. So I am ready for my purrfect furever home with special hoomans to call my own. Will it be with you?
