Willow is a 6 yr old large brown tabby Maine coon mix girl.  She is a very affectionate, mid- to high-energy cat. She requires play time (indoors, yarn/string/mice are favorites) when she gets wound up and can get chatty, but she derives just as much enjoyment from relaxing around the home. Although she will settle in your general vicinity, she is not a lap cat. She also plays very well with other cats. 

Sage has not been around kids or dogs.  My best guess would be that she would do okay with kids and small dogs, but she would not do as well with larger dogs. She will be fine with other cats.
