Willie the Wildcat is a possible pedigreed red tabby Maine coon boy and is 9 yr old. His name is Willie the Wildcat, but he is no wild cat. He is friendly and outgoing, wants to be involved in household activities and wants to be with his people/person. His former owner had him shaved due to severe matting. He'll have a lovely, long coat again when it grows back. He has four white paws and a pretty white patch on his chest. Willie is friendly and outgoing. I first met him at the vet clinic where I work. He gave us no trouble during exams. He's been accepting of my husband and I and greets our grown sons, soliciting pets, when they visit. He LOVES head rubs and has a very big purr. He is not super active (he's overweight by 5-6 pounds, and we're working on that) but he does play with toys a little. Mostly he likes to lay next to you on the couch. He's also very curious so, if I go to nother room, he often follows me to see what's going on. He has asthma, which has been well controlled with quarterly depo medrol injections. He does still have asthma but, in the weeks he's been with me, it has affected him very little. He did some coughing when he first came here, but I suspect that was stress making it flare up. His adopter will need to know not to use a bunch of diffusers, etc. as that could affect it.
