Hi I'm Karla! I'm a really sweet girl who is ready to steal your heart! I love to play and run around, but also looove lounging in the sun. I am the queen of my cat tree and enjoy watching the world go by out the window. I have a brofurr here that mom says to be gentle with since he is still so little. I can't help but play with him while he is in his kitty house! When mom lets him out I am so excited! I like showing him my toys! I'm a friendly girl who likes talking to these humans here, although they aren't sure what I'm talking about. I'm just saying that I'm thankful to be saved from that shelter I was in! All those sounds and smells made me nervous. Once I got used to my own space I felt so much better. I ignore the family dog but he doesn't mess with us cats at all. Not sure I would like a dog that chases me. I would have to show him who's boss! I am a little growly with new adult cats, but who isn't! I'm not aggressive, I just don't know what to make of them! Especially because this is their house and I'm learning to adapt to it. I think with time we can all be friends but please be patient with me! I need a little time to adjust when meeting new people. One couple came to visit me and I really loved the man that came. I think because he sat down and let me come around at my own pace. He didn't try to pick me up right away or force me to show affection. I like that he let me be myself until I felt totally comfortable. The lady kind of barged in on me and I didn't care for that at all. Once I come around and feel comfortable I will let you love all over me! Would you like to give me space in your home? I think we might be made for each other! Especially if you have a cozy lap and maybe even a cat tree! I have a nice, soft coat that will need to be kept brushed regularly.
