Maine Coon Rescue THE FOLLOWING CATS ARE BEING CARED FOR IN A LOVING MCR FOSTER HOME. Chip resides in Dublin, Ohio. Chip was rescued with his sister Sophie from a shelter in Kentucky. He is a 16 month old, big beautiful boy who is extremely loving and gentle. He will let you hold him and hug him. He gets in funny positions and will roll around on his back looking very adorable. He loves to play, but is ok with just relaxing next to you or in a favorite cat tree or bed. He loves his cat trees to stretch and scratch. He will be the cat who will sleep with you if you want and the other pets let him. He was previously adopted out to a family but was returned 2 months later with a UTI. He now has a clean bill of health after antibiotics. Not sure if it was a stressful situation for him, the food or something else. Males can be prone to issues like this, so best to feed him good quality wet food high in protein and moisture and dry that has low ash, magnesium and potassium and filtered water. He has always used his litter box at his foster mom's house, never a problem. He would love to have his special home where he can be pampered and loved. He is guaranteed to be a very special cat that will love you back unconditionally. He is not enjoying spending his days competing for love with 5 other cats. The foster mom wants to be sure you will understand his history to be able to give him a secure loving home, and maybe with his sister Sophie. Prefer he go to a home not too far away.
