THIS IS A COURTESY POST CAT WHO IS BEING CARED FOR BY OUR FRIENDS AT OTHER RESCUE GROUPS/SHELTERS, OR IS A PRIVATE PARTY NEEDING TO REHOME THEIR CAT. FOR INFORMATION ON THIS CAT, PLEASE DIRECTLY CONTACT THE PERSON NAMED BELOW. Oreo is a 10 yr old black and white tuxedo Maine coon mix girl. She is a loving, social, and playful 10 year old cat who we have loved and cherished the past 8 years. She has had excellent veterinary care, is up to date on all her shots and check ups, regular grooming appointments, and a loving home life. She is a beautiful long haired tuxedo cat with bright green eyes. Recently, she was diagnosed with diabetes. She has had significant testing done, we have all her medications and supplies, but unfortunately cannot commit to her longterm care plan due to the amount of travel required for our work life. We've been managing it the past month, as we try to figure out what the next steps are. She is only 10, which feels very young to put a cat down, but old to find a new home for her. Our hearts are breaking as we try to find the best solution for her quality of life. She is a wonderful cat, and we want to give her the best life she can live. She has lived with other dogs and cats before, but not children.
